My husband Warren and I have boldly thrown away our traditional lifestyle and redesigned a "fractional" modern-day one. We'll own a 1/4 of a home in Breckenridge, Colorado along with 3 other owners.

Our fractional ownership Breckenridge property boasts remarkable architectural features like a Narnia-themed kids’ space with secret passageways, personalized lock-offs for each owner throughout the home and sleeps 17 people in beds.
